1986 150 XR2 trim

I just bought this boat recently and just got it on the water when I noticed that it doesn't trim out very far. I has the two trim rams and one tilt. Pump is external. The tilt works fine, but I think it should trim out a lot more than it does. Is there anyway to set this?

Only trims out the length of trim rods minus 3/4 inch.... only adjustment is to buy trim extenders..
