I have a 1985 Mercury Black Max 150 hp that when I put in gear bogs down at 1500 rpms. When in neutral I can get rpms up over 5000 rpms. I live at an altitude of 7000 feet. I saw in other posts that I need to change my jets out but don't know where to get them. What's a check off list that I can follow to correct diagnose problem. Thanks.
