1985 Johnson 90 tilt & trim

I have the motor up. When I push the botton to lower it, the oil pump start, retract the set of two little pistons and than the motor goes down.
The problem is that the couple of two pistons don't move togheter. Retract the first at the end retract the other and then move down the motor.
Is correct or my tilt and trim system has some problem?

It's OK Del......mine does the same thing.....and all the others I've seen with that TNT unit.

Yes ok.....
but the couple of trim pistons don't move togheter......first starts one piston....after the other one and then start the tilt piston....ok?????
