Please help! I have a 1985 johnson 70hp motor, I have had a few problems, and replaced a hose, solenoid and a gasket over the air silencer after an outing where it wouldnt run after being used for a few days. I just took it out agian after the above repairs (ran great in the yard) started strong and worked well however after about an hour of use, the engine wouldn't turn over after repeated attempts, I agian noticed oil/fuel leaking out of the engine but am not sure were it is comming from. the idle appears to be good initially, however once the engine gets warmed up, it is low and rough and ends up quitting at fast idle or neutral. any suggestions are greatly appreciated!
