1985 johnson 15hp telltale problem??

Hi, I took my dinghy out yesterday for the first time in about 3 years. After replacing the waterpump, fuel pump and cleaning out the carb.

She ran beautifully, a nice stream of water coming out of the telltale. I was very happy.
When I got home I flushed out the motor with some flush muffs and I noticed that there was no water coming out of the telltale anymore.

I shut the motor off, left it for about 5mins then tried again. The second time the telltale started dripping very slowly, but no flow like I had in the river.

Any Ideas??

It's blocked up, probably happened when you flushed, pull the tube off the block and try blowing through it, if you can't, fire some air back up the tube, may also be that the fitting come out of the powerhead is block too.
