I want to time my motor "75hp 4 cyl" , I read the how too's in in the Seloc manual but my motor seems to be missing the timing marks which I believe are on the flywheel cover . I looked on quite a few site and no one shows a cover for that motor . I guess the question is , does it have one ?? Thanks

That engines timing marks are on the flywheel and has a plastic timing pointer, you will need a dial indicator to set it correctly. Why do you need to reset timing???

I had cleaned the carbs and it didnt want to idle down after so I messed with some adjusments on the throttle arm
( dont say it ) Now I just want to check it . As far as the timing pointer , I dont see anthing there . I do see the marks on the flywheel but thats all . Maybe its not the timing I want to check ?
