Can someone tell me what the little barbed fitting on the outside of the motor is for. It faces the boat. I have a little gray hose hanging in the area that looks like it could fit on there. I just bought the boat its a 1985 forester 157. Also the motor ran fine for about 10 minutes and then started bogging down had to idil back to the dock. I did find the plugs were in need of replace any othe ideas.
