1985 50hp Mercury Outboard wont start.

Motor only turns over with hand pull but never starts just cranks.

I am replacing the starter, and have already the solonoid.

In the picture i must have the wiring messed up somehow. It started just fine 3 weeks ago and then all of the sudden just wouldnt start at all. I replaced the spark plugs. In the process of replacing the starter, replaced the solonoid. I have also cleaned out the carbs and they are getting fuel.

Please tell me what i am doing wrong with the wiring.

the solenoid is clearly missing a connection. probably the ground if the other end is to the wiring harness.

Do you have spark on all cylinders ?

It doesnt seem to be getting any spark on any cylinder.
