I just bought a 1984 hydrosport and the trim pump just clicks when you press the up or down button the clicking sound sounds like a a solenoid clicking. I got to where I could see the pump and it looks like it has 2 solenoids on the right hand side. The only numbers I could find on the pump are sae j1171. I can't get to the pump where it is to work on it so I'll have to pull it out. Is there any thing I need to know about this before I do it? The two lines that come off the front, do they have fluid in them? I know nothin about this so any info would be great.
