I am looking for the service manual for this boat. Having problems with fuel to engine at high power setting sucking in the bulb on the line all things on the engine are good, seems to be a flow capacity problem. Is it the fuel separator, line size for 185HP Evinrude?

A collapsed primer bulb is typically a vent issue
