1984 35hp Mercury adjustments

I bought an older boat that came with a 35 horse mercury on it. I need some instructions on how to adjust the idle and timing. Is there a link to a good website that shows directions on how to do this?

You will have to get a manual and follow the instructions for doing a link & sync. Your local library might have it.
