1983 SUsuki dt75 oil injection

I have been getting and alarm on and off when running the motor at idle and at higher speeds. after i shut it down for a while it goes off then comes back after running again for varied amounts of time what does the alarm mean. the oil tank is full and the water is comming out of the flow hole

Does it affect the running condition of the motor? If it puts you into rev limit, which holds back your rpms, could be faulty oil level sensor, or water flow sensor. Let us know if the motor runs the same as it did before the alarm started showing up.
