1983 90 hp streight 6 outboard

I recently bought a 1983 Sanger 18 foot with a 90 MERC and the moter runs good but the outside aluminum cover is banged up and the front cover is missing.Im wondeing as to whether anyone would know where i could begin to look for another one.I havent got a clue,or im i just out of luck.I got a killer deal on the boat but it needs a little T.L.C.Any help would be appriciated.

Welcome to iboats.

Those cover's and front plates are on ebay quite often. The ones for the inline 6 cylinders are fairly interchangable.
