1982 V-6 200 HP will not go up or down

I can make it move if I jump out the relays with a screw driver. No action when I press the buttons on the shifter. Is there a fuse somewhere that I am not aware of??

First make sure key is on as this style will not trim if key is off.If this is ok, check the 5 wire pin harness off the main harness as this is where control box is fed power for trim operation.

I will have to check the harness as the key is on when I attempt to trim the motor. The boat is on the trailer in my driveway when I am trying to raise the motor.
