1982, 35 hp Evinrude won't start

Went to start engine and it won't turn over. Good spark. Shot some gas into the carb and it turned over then stalled.

Replaced gas filter, replaced gas, cleaned carb with a spray carb cleaner. WD-40 on kill switch button. Still Won't start. Compression is at about 120 and 118 respectively.

Any suggestions on what I can check next? Fuel Pump? Any way to test carburetor? Ran great 2 weeks ago.

Is there something I may be missing?

get the manual, order rebuild kit and rebuild carb/s.

Did you check your fuel lines and gas tank vent for blocks? Try raising tank to level of fuel pump, if that works then your fuel pump needs service. My last Rude never liked pumping from tank 2 feet below fuel pump. Also check all carb linkage, make sure nothing has slipped or come loose.
