1982 3.6 hp mercury

Is this a good motor. I am looking at one has compression and spark but doesn't run. If I buy it what problems should I look for .

Fuel issues since you have spark and compression

Thank you do you know if it's a good motor or not I am thinking of buying it . I need it for my duck skiff don't want to buy a motor that has known weak spots

Other than the slight vibration of a single cylinder, it's a good motor. I prefer twin cylinders myself
