[The Grail]

I've had this boat about a month, and it sits level in the water when still. At full throttle, though, it lists to port. (I thought I'd never use that phrase legitimately!!) It's as if there's an extra person or weight on the left side. I haven't weighed it yet, and I've gotten conflicting numbers for how much it is supposed to weigh. If the foam was waterlogged, wouldn't it sit unlevel when it's still? Any suggestions of where to go from here?

I don't think it has anything to do with the motor, but for the record, it's a 1974 135hp Johnson.
