Just wanted to share my boat project!!! I was given this boat by my Uncle. Was sitting in the woods for 8 years. I have no boat experience before this. Shows how amazing iboats.com is, since i learned everything thru you guys!! THANKS!
Not done, but has made a TON of progress.

i only had to put 40 dollars into the Starter to get it running.
Carpet, wood, hardware etc only ran me about 900.
still on the list to do:
1) replace swivel pin/steering arm
2) replace exhaust gaskets
3) seats pr0fessionally reupholstered (got a stellar quote for 500 for 2 captain seats, back bench, side rails, and sun bed)
4) replace shifting lever at lower end
5) put on exhaust bellow
6) oil change (the oil looked good for the 2 weeks i was gonna use it last year)
7) finish the carpeting in the under cuddy
8) buff the outside
