1981 Evinrude 150 3 wire tilt...HELP!

Ok, I'm the new guy here and to the boating world with a "Free" boat straight from the OBX of NC. It appears that there is a three wire tilt and trim motor, but I have no relay box for it. Any suggestions? I do have a relay box for a two wire motor. Any chance at a conversion?

Maybe run into Napa and see if they have anything that will work.

Ebay maybe.

Well, It seems that upon further review I do indeed have a two wire system and that the relay box I bought on Ebay fits the bill perfectly. (it arrived yesterday) Upon a quick wire-up I have diagnosed a bad switch at the controll in the up position and NO movement at all in either direction. I can hear the relays click and I can hear the trim motor make some noise, but nothing happens. It may not be pumping, or it may not have fluid. I ran out of daylight before I could figure it out. Any suggestions?
