1980 seaswirl help!!!

ok, so got this boat in a trade along with a truck a while back. i took the in/out board motor out, got it all rebuilt. gutted the inseide down to fiberglass. im putting new wood in this weekend. i have been looking at these seats i got, they are back to back seats. the holders are plastic, open on both sides. i have no idea how i attatch to the boat, and the seat. there is no access under this either. so if you have any ideas let me know.

Howcome I didn't get a boat when I got my truck!
