1980 Mercruser 228 Mallory points distributer rebuild

does anyone have a manual for rebuilding these
i bought an old boat and mine had some rusty water in it.
so far i have cleaned it with break cleaner,
i dont know how to get the advance plate out and from the little i see f unsder it it looks like one spring may be bad

also is the any place on line i can look up the parts for these

Ayuh,... I'd Toss it, 'n replace it with a Delco EST distributer, myself...
