1980 Johnson 140 Trim Cylinder Tool?

Hello - looking for some information. I need to replace some seals in my power trim cylinders. OMC Johnson has a tool - Part# 0326485. Can anyone confirm whether or not this would work to remove my end caps on my power trim cylinders? I cannot find a definite answer anywhere thus far. FYI, my motor model # is J140TLCSA.

326485 is for the "Tilt" cylinder...... 324958 is for the "Trim" cylinder

However, I surmise you're aware of that and why you ask (price of too (2x). As I recall, and my memory may be faulty... it seemed to me that the tilt cylinder was larger in diameter (holes set differently). Not sure... hopefully another member can confirm or explain further.
