the cost to repair that boat is way more than the value of the boat.
unless there is deep sentimental value.....its written off.
someone has allready done a refit on it...but ill bet they didnt do the structural issues of the boat.
as far as the fire damage.....it flaked the gellcoat right off the fiberglass...(your are very lucky that the fiberglass itself didnt go up.....the glass fires are very difficult to stop.) for the boat to be repaired the gellcoat will have to be sanded off.....the boat re faired....then either re painted or re sprayed.
the cost to do that is huge.
besides that im willing to beleive that a transom stringer job is needed as well as a total upholstery job.
if the motor and controls are good.as well as the trailer...i would sell that seperate and buy a different boat.
