My motor sometimes stalls when idling in gear, or when I hit the throttle in gear. I have taken apart the carb, cleaned it (twice, wasn't gunked or dirty), rebuilt the fuel pump (had a small slit n the membrane), replaced the OMC gas line from the tank to the motor, and the other gas lines in the moter. I also confirmed the gas feed in the tank wasn't clogged. If I squeeze the primer bulb when it starts to stall, it continues to run. After it stalls when I punch it, It will always start after squeezing the primer bulb. It seems to run fine once I am going fast. I also seem to get more rpm's when the choke is partially closed (If that helps) Thanks in advance

sounds like it's sucking air from somewhere still. double check the fuel pump even though you rebuilt it. pumping the bulb up to keep it running usually indicates a problem with the fuel pump.

sounds like you have a vacuum leak. if the carb is clean. if you have to close the choke (adding more fuel) guaranteed vacuum leak. get a can of brake parts cleaner and start spraying around the carb, intake, reeds, case gaskets. if you engine starts making a different tune when you spray an area thats your culprit. check for oil residue around the gaskets on the engine.
