I purchased a 1979 sylvan whose floor was completely gone, the Styrofoam is a rats nest, and I have a "hose" coming in from the right side whose function is a mystery(live well?). Any help given for the restorative process would be welcomed. I have never tried any type of project as this. Thank you for any help administered in advance.

I just started doing mine. It is rough until you learn the tricks. But you will get it. You Tube friscoboater and watch the sea ray series.

I'm down to trying to take out the transome. any suggestions on how to remove it? I've drilled out several rivits, and tried to get it out of the way. Once I remove the transome, what is the "best" way to repair it. I intend to use a double 3/4 inch plywood, but how do I prepare then before putting it back in? I will be using epoxy resin. HELP!!!
