1979 evinrude 115 coil question?

Hello
Im wanting to know what i can use to seal a hair line crack in a coil i see where someone before me has sealed the other coils on motor but i dont know what it is they used.The motor runs fine on the coils but i have a crack in another coil and just wanting some input if any would help.

cracks just mean the coil is done, throw it away.!

it is a temp fix. you are asking to be towed in.
