Hi all- I'm new to forums, but my mechanically-inclined dad and I are trying to get our little two-cylinder Johnson 1979 4hp Seahorse running. It's in amazing shape and we'd like to get it out on the lake soon.
New plugs, which fire. Engine turns over. Crank works well (after a nasty rookie mistake of removing the top screw to take the cover off...) Unfortunately fuel runs out of a hole in the carb (see picture) when we fill the tank. We'd love some help from those who know!
