1977 115 johnson help

i got a 1977 115 johnson outboard on the intake for the carb they are a nipple under carb that a hose conects dont no if hose conect or not does any one no whats it for the only hose thats loose is hose on carb breather cover looks like over flow

It's a drain tube that goes to the air silencer

It runs from the nipple at the bottom of the intake intake manifold to the base of the inner cover. The hose should be 5-1/2" long cut from # 203909 [3/32" ID Drain hose or comparable]
