Well within the 15% Tolerance of each other, however some will say the Numbers are low

I don't really see any of the typical indicators of a Reed Valve problem.
• Hard starting
• Erratic idling
• Unburned fuel spitting back out of the carburetor

Revisit the fuel pump.-----Location of UP marking.-----Dome spring location relative to outlet nipple.----Check valves in the pump.

Metal fuel tank? Connector on tank itself can leak air when the o-ring behind the little metal pin(fuel side) doesn’t seal..

Pulled the fuel pump for the 3rd time. Rebuilt it 100% correctly. No Luck! Motor dies between 2 - 3 min every time. Sucks because is starts with one pull and runs beautifully. Any other suggestions out there???

It will start easy / run well on 1 cylinder.----Check the reed valves.

Fill the bowel pull the fuel and run the motor to see how much fuel is being delivered if any.

Ran 2:20 on full bowl

if it worked with gravity feed ! the pump is not doing its job cyl comp. does not concern the fuel pump it runs on crankcase pressure build up when the piston downstrokes. Do the flow test suggested above fill the bowl.... pull the carb inlet hose..... and run 2-3 minutes ... measure fuel volume pumped out report quantity produced by the test
