1976 evinrude 85hp shaking

hi, and thank you for looking.
I have been trying to get this motor running 85693g. replaced with a used stator and a flywheel, the flywheel had a crack in it and the stator burned up. My problem is the motor is running now but when i shift to forward it sounds and shakes like a bad tranmission in a car, I read here on another motor that the shaking might be an electrical part going bad. Can one tell me how I should check maybe gears or electrical? I will say on shore it runs fine with no shaking.

What condition is the prop in? Has the motor or prop struck anything while on the water?

You may have a bent prop or bent prop shaft.

I didnt notice the prop bent, I will take a closer look ,,, after it shakes the whole motor then it runs fine.

From your description, I'm not sure when the shaking occurs. Is there a point when the engine does not shake and it runs smoothly?
Low rpm's, idle only, etc. Will it make hp and run at WOT just fine?

after it cranks and I shift to forward low rpms then it clears and runs ,,, does not shake moving to reverse

I looked at the prop and saw no damage i looked for scratches on the foot and saw none ,,, any advise will be helpful. Thank you

Weird? Fourth outing of the year mine starting shaking at lower rmps in drive.. seemed more obvious after filling prop with weeds and clearing using reverse? Did i mess something up?
