I have a working tilt trim unit, but trying to piece together the additional components. I have already picked up a new old stock remote throttle lever with a 3 position switch, and have the correct two relays to make it all work. Aside from the wiring and battery connections, are there any additional pieces I am missing? Is it worth the hassle trying to find a trim gauge and correct sending unit as well?

I really doubt you'll find a sending unit :(
When the trim extends and touches the mid section there is a plate that fits in there so it doesn't chew up the soft aluminum.
It's NLA from most parts places but ebay or Franz marine might have it???

Any idea if part# 72H21 would work? The gauge in the kit is the correct style, but not sure if the sending unit would match up. I can find that part, but cant find any info on it or an install manual.
