running problems engine starts easy usually on second or third pull but will only run for about 30 seconds then over revs for 5 /10 secs then and cuts out will start again and runs if you pump the fuel bulb but runs a bit jerky once you stop pumping then over revs ans cuts out if it starts to over rev and you pump the bulb it goes ok .i have changed the fuel line and checked the sender in the tank and also the diapham looks ok any help please

First thoughts are that if pumping the bulb keeps it going it is probably a defective fuel pump but it could also be due to air ingress into the fuel line, main suspect being the connector.

Basically it runs on the fuel you have pumped by hand into the carb , speeds up as that runs out then stops.

However rather surprised that it only runs for 30 seconds.

Try three things.

Keep gently pumping the bulb. If that keeps it going for as long as you keep pumping then look for air leaks but if none suspect the pump.

Try the pump by disconnecting the line to the carb and pulling it over. fuel should spurt from the disconnected hose

Try playing the choke (its manual one I think? ) if that will keep it going then your carb probably needs cleaning.

Sorry re-read your question. its either the pump or an air leak!
