I just purchased a 1975 Johnson 70 hp what is the oil to gas ratio and how much is it worth . Also are they reliable .

50:1 ratio. It's a good motor. Does it have power tilt & trim? That adds to the value. Without it I'd say about $800 in good running condition.

The fuel to oil ratio is 50:1. As far as it's worth, I would ventuer a guess of $500 to $700 depending on a ton of variables. It's also a very good older motor.
