I recently inherited a 1975 Johnson Seahorse 15hp
Model # 15R75C
I have no idea whether or not the motor has been run before or what is wrong with it. I was told that it was worked on a lot but never got it running. It did not come with the gas tank, but looking online it looks like it has a lot of parts in the tank and it looks necessary to get one. Is this a common tank? The connection to the motor I have never seen before. Is there some things i can check on the engine to see if it will run? I dont want to spend a lot of money on a gas tank and have the engine not even work.
I will provide any information that is needed on the motor.
