ok guys i just got a "free" 1975 invader executive 18 ft outboard.
it came with no motor. so i got it home and did a good once over. it needs an interior... no biggie since im an upoholsterer by trade. But it does need a floor. so on to the pics

thats all i got done for the weekend, got the top detached from the bottom except for the silicone around the transom area. All the foam was soaked through with water and all the wood is junk..my plan is to have the bottom cleaned out and the top in the garage by memorial day..
