1975 chrysler 4.9 wont start

Hello, it has spark, it has fuel but wont start..
When i bought it doesnt have spark, but i cleaned the points and spark fixed. But wont start, i tried to spray with starting fluid in to the carb and spark plug holes but wont start :/

Yep i tried to switch.. Flywheel key? Never heard about that. With spark i dont know i dont have special tool like "test device" . Tomorrow i will try to set points gap to 0.30-0.40 mm because now its from the eye. Btw sorry for my broken english friend :/ and thank you verry much for trying to help me

If the flywheel key is shared the time when the spark appears will be wrong.
It would not fire even if it has good spark.
Set the points to 020 in (0,50 mm) that is the right gap.
You can check for good spark and that it can jump 1/4 in, 5/16 or 3/8 are even better (6-9 mm) by putting a wire in the spark plug boot and hold the end of the wire in different distances from ground.

This or one the right size goes in the groove on the top of the crank shaft.
Then the flywheel fits over the key with the slot cut in the taper.
This is the part# but it might be hard finding.

You can make a key fit if all else fails. it needs to be a tight fit or it can shear/break.

Clean the carb? Unscrew the tiny screw on the top of the gas cap?
Turn the gas on? When it's on remove the hose and see if it flows to the carb. Try removing the float bowl on the carb.
Spray WD-40 or any penetrating oil on the base making sure the spray gets on the top of the bowl and the gasket gets sprayed.. Then try taking it off after it's had a chance to soak the cork in the gasket.
Just removing the bowl: the gasket would probably break and fining a new one might be tough?? I just looked up the parts for your carb, nothing is in stock at most of the dealers but Ebay has one.290634050411
