1975 115hp evinrude carb rebuild

I have a 1975 115 evinrude I am going to rebuild the carbs. What do I set the adjustments too and do I have to set the float height as well? Thank you

float height yes. carb jets are fixed. but need to be romoved and cleaned.

Top of float even with top of fuel bowl. You bend tab behind float to adjust. When back together blow into fuel feed to test.
