1975 115 Evinrude crazy hard to cold start this old girl

sorry for the delay guys, i think its the original hoses? but ya Racerone, i don't know its been a bit frustrating , but im going to take it all apart this winter in m shop and make sure everything is alright, i don't think its charging the battery properly either which is causing it not to crank as fast as it should as well, so ill have to figure out whats going on there as well!

I guess I should post an update to this long thread, I ended up resetting the carb floats, a new starting marine battery with way higher CCA, and changed the fuel hoses and seals around the fuel pump and i seem to be starting now in seconds rather than cranking until the battery dies which is fantastic, if only I could get rid of this misfire i seem to have discovered!
