1974 115hp water pisser question

on my out board should I have a pisser? i do not see a hole on the under side of the motor casing.

Not till a couple of years newer, you should see water spitting from the exhaust relief ports.

After starting a cold engine, it will take a few minutes to warm up. As the engine warms up, there vernatherm (thermostat) will open and you will get water mist out of the exhaust relief ports at the top of the midsection.
