I have a garden hose connected directly to the tube in the midsection. Still cannot get water to flow. I blew air through the pee hole, it comes out in the exhaust housing somewhere. I removed the plug on cylinder head and a small amount of water comes out. Blow through that and air will come out the pee hole, plug the pee hole and air comes out in midsection but not out the downtube that connects to water pump. What's up?
