There is an impeller inside
Look for a thru hull shutoff valve and close it. Then remove the pump and disassemble

Does look like the G7B and if correct look for rebuild kit
If pump needs complete rebuild with bearings I found this one

I will be installing a new impeller in the engine and in my generator this week. I have a few other things that idk what they are so I will post pics. Glad I found the forum.

Impeller on the left came out of the generator one on the right came out of the boat. Definitely needed to be done. Thanks guys!!! I’m also trying to find a thermostat for the CN6-33 diesel engine. If anyone has a part number please share.

I would suggest get a manual like this one on EBAY
It list part numbers which will always help

Might also take the thermostat to NAPA or other parts house with a old white haired guy behind the counter
