Try Twin City Outboard in Shakopee. They'll have one, I have no doubt. They're also on the web at tcoutboard.com.<br /><br />You might also find one on eBay, but that's more iffy. <br /><br />Don't expect to get off cheap, either way, though. It ain't happening. Complete lower units can be costly, although not compared with replacing the whole outboard.
