A gasket could not leak that much.----Look carefully at bottom of cylinder head.----Stop video if you must.----Owner should post picture when head is off.

Going to do some more work on it on Friday will post pics when it's all striped down
Also do the cylinder head gaskets need to be glued on?

No, no need or do not glue on head gasket.

True up head, install but like what was stated, that is not your problem.

Something real flat, 220 sandpaper on it. Figure eight patterns with the head until it's all shiny.

Real easy

Yeah iv seen a vidio on how to get it flat and good again but is there a easy way to do the block side with out getting shavings in the pistons with out pulling the head apart
Can I just stuff a sock or something in there?

Originally, I think I sent you that video but the block side? Without removing the head?

Not where I live.

If I had a newer free one for you, could you pay the shipping?

But understand I'm about as far from you as one could be.

I checked the other head and it had a thermostat in it was pretty grubby so I threw it in to soak with the carbie im currently cleaning up if it's still stuffed I'll order a new one there cheap enough was just curious why there was no thermostat in there
Probably should of checked that when I changed the heads over

Go faster without spending any money ?
They do it by removing parts of the boat and motor.
Or they needed the money for the part.

One of mine didn’t have one. Forgot why people remove them. Just order a new one with new gasket and don’t look back. Or test the one you found after you clean it up. Put it in hot water and see if it opens etc

Got a question about the core plugs are the designed to be a weak point incase there's a pressure build up issue such as a blockage somewhere water can't get out so the core plug gives way instead?
I only ask as I was looking at my spare head with the striped sparkplug hole and someone went to alot of effort to seal it right up I'll post a pic
Is this a good idea or a bad idea?
