well i started today by getting to motor done next is the floor then painting the boat heres the motor

Looks sharpe! Get the deck in and the boat repainted, then it'll be time to wear the paint off the prop, then she'll look just right! Good Luck!

anyone have any suggestions on how to get that old sticker off the hull without doing any damage

a small propane torch (like used for melting heat shrink) and a plastic scraper
just be careful dont use too much heat

Use a hair dryer, just warm the lettering and peel off.
