No, only a low speed mixture adjustment. I would remove, disassemble the carb and give it a good cleaning. Shoot all passages with carb cleaner and blow them out with compressed air. Also check the float level. Odds are passages are clogged or at least partially clogged.
We have pretty much Identical motors, Mine did that as well untill I did what was suggested above give the carb a good cleaning and that should take care of it, at least it did for me.
