I recently traded a few hunting guns for this project boat-I’ve been a boater my whole life but have never restored one. I’m motivated and would love to save her and restore as classic and budget friendly as possible. Not sure how to start hand would love opinions if this is worth my efforts. It does have a stern drive which I would prefer to update to outboard
