Welcome to iboats...the value would depend on how solid the deck and transom are...and what kind of shape the interior and hull are in.

Pics will help greatly but probably worth around 2-3k if in good running condition. More if pristine throughout.

sometimes its hard to put a value on older boats... usually they are worth way more to the person who owns it compared to everyone else.
