Bronzy, the '84 sounds alot better, maybe allittle more $$ but if its ready to fish, not bad. I paid for mine 6500. Mine had the hardtop, which i loved. It came with 4 electric down riggers, rocket launcher, all the poles and tackle, and a tandem axle galavinized trailer, trim tabs. I put a new floor in mine, it did have a couple of soft spots, but I got bored over the winter. Mine was a '87. So far I love this boat. I just need to add a kicker and it will be a perfect boat!! So how did ya make out Bronzy? There are lots of boats around and some great deals if you take your time and willing to travel a bit. I use crazedlist when searching craigslist and you can search entire regions (great lakes, mid-west etc), saves a lots of time and again, there are many good deals out there!
