1970 evinrude 25 hp

I have a 16 ft lund when I first start it and open her up she takes off great for about 15 secs then bogs down and runs fine at about 3/4 throtle. Ive taken the carb off, cleaned, checked fuel pump fine, replaced plugs, new fuel lines, and the copmpression was checked top cyl 130 bottom cyl 128psi. so im stumped The motor is a 1970 evinrude tiler

She's running out of gas, Jason.<br /><br />Go to www.outboardrepairs.com and look up power loss and bogs. good advice there.<br /><br />Good luck.
