Good to know it was a loaded assembly. I'll guess the O-ring location might be one of the changed in the part number succession. My manual says to lube all bearings with motor oil. 2 stoke oil would probably work fine since that's what lubes it while running.

Ok so I got the powerhead all assembled and mated it back to the midsecton and hook everything back up the motor fired right up and ran right away I ran it for about twenty min or so then I figured I'd test it at the lake it seemed to run ok at little rpm so I adjusted the carbs some and got alittle more but once I hit 3/4 to full throttle it seem to lug out and die like it's not getting the fuel it needs anyone know what could be causing this needles?? Oh yeah almost forgot I completely rebuild the carbs new needles seats gaskets and floats I have a video of the first fire up but for some reason can't upload it
